Poor guy was probably fed up after 41 years of women and the media trampling over him and his fellow men, and then being denigrated if they even so much as whispered a single word against it. I'm surprised he's lasted that long; I'm only a quarter-century old and I don't think I can last another year without going on a shooting spree at the nearest sorority house just to watch those bimbos bleed.

(1) He dates a Woman several years older than him when he was at that age where he had no business dating older women. Older Women are only for guys between ages 16-24.
(2) He didn't avoid an American Woman
(3) He dated a single mother
(4) He Married (a) a single mother (b) an american woman (c)Procreated with her. (d) without a prenup.
That is 8 strikes almost 3 outs & now he's out for life. Now while I do think he derserves to get the maximum punishment possible, this seal beach tragedy does confirm one thing & is a result of:
The Unqualified Support & Automatic siding that the Child Support System, The Family Court System, The Civil Court System & The Child Custody System gives to women. There are many many Men who are in the same shoes as Scott Dekaai, but most with either commit suicide or take anti-depressants, but never pick-up a gun. Fathers are getting short changed, Kids are getting short changed because all they are is a vehicle for women to get free money & society at large end up getting short changed.
There is no benefit or any productive basis in having a Family Court System, Child Custody System, Child Support System, Civil Court or even a Criminal Court System that automatically sides with the woman, and gives the woman whatever she asks for, and let her get off easy on crimes or wrong doings she commits. But the courts still do it because Financially that is how they are able to get more funding to remain in business, they have to appease to Feminist Groups, and Gay & Lesbian Groups & "Childrens Advocacy" Groups.
These groups have lobbied & changed laws to the point where Courts unqualifiyingly siding with women is inter-twined with them getting more funding & keeping their jobs.
While it might help Feminists, Gay & Lesbian and Child Activists from ever having to go out into the real world to find a real job, and keep judges, lawyers, and cops in their jobs & even helps businesses like Wal-MArt or whatever Business out there that as Tom So Well Put it "Empty-Headed-Vaginas" go to to spend whatever money that comes in their hands, it damages society at large.
The Seal Beach Tragedy IS the result of a Legal & Family & Child Custody-Support system that is a FAILURE! It's a Failure because it's mroe concerned with appeasing to femnists groups & getting favorable rating from Feminist & Gay & Lesbian Groups than actually serving the good of society at large. THAT IS AN INDISPUTED FACT! A Court system always working in favor of Women has been & Continues to be a NEGATIVE!

I'm very sorry if I'm about to offend some of you super-duper patriotic red-blooded Americans, and those of you that thought George Bush Jr. Was a great president but here I go:
Just like how 9/11/2001 was "blow-back" and show us right in our faces just what the costs & consequences of a Foreign Policy based on Empire building & Resource looting for peanuts can be, the Seal Beach incident was another example of "blow-back" and showed us right right to our faces the costs & consequences of having a Legal System and a Court system that treats women like embecile children & babies them to anything & everything they want, how ever they want, anytime they want regardless of what their circumstances are, and worst a Family Court System & a Child Custody System and automatically & unqualifiedly sides with the woman -- like the United States automatically sides with Israel.
But Sadly, because the system in the United States is alwasy based bending over backwards & pleasing the special interest groups, the US not only did not learn her lesson of 9/11/2001 & just reacted by doing what she has been doing for the last 115 years even with more impunity to other countries - to appease the Oil, Banking, Cuban-American, Evangelical Christian & Jewish-American Special interest groups, it will be the case here too.
Not only will the Family court system not learn the lesson of the Seal Beach tragedy, but they will react by appeasing Women's groups, Gay & Lesbian Groups & the so Called "Children's advocacy" groups even more by passing more draconian Misandrist laws & taking more Misandrist anti-father measures in family court cases & child custody cases.
In about a year from now, we'll see a law passed (that will be celebrated by the Nation Organization for Whores) that says in Child Custody cases, the child must alwsy be with the mother & restraining order must automatically be applied towards the father (even if the mother did not petition for it) until judges further rulings.
Single Moms Are Shaping Up To Be.....
A lose-lose-lose proposition. Bad enough that in the pool of single moms you gotta deal with the same entitlement issues that the "I-Think-I'm-All-That" brats bring to the table. Now we haved to add the part where these same women want the new guy to pay for her kids BY OTHER FATHERS (just to have the new dummy jump through hoops to get some or worse yet...... in court for child support 'cause the lil bio-annuity has been transfered to you).
Then add a dash of you ain't getting any because "She's worried about the kid(s)". Awwwwwwwww... Where was that when you bent over to make kid(s) two an up? Better yet, where do think that worry will be when we get to the part where she leaves you for her next "soulmate" because "we're just not working out. You're a great 'father' (read sucker who paid for stuff for awhile) and the kid(s) love you.......".
That's actually lose-lose-lose-lose proposition now. I forgot to add that if you're the new guy coming in on the tail end of this soap opera or if you're the guy who nuts up and goes "Orange County Chopper" on your ex and her new guy a-la O.J. (whether he did it or not, his ex - a single mom - obviously had someone who hated her enough to do her in. All that Hollywood pussy and he had to mess with...... her?!?!?!?) - YOU LOSE AGAIN!! Why? You could be the dude that gets killed (GAME OVER/R.I.P./FINAL LOSE) or if you kill her, there's no sympathy left for you and you end up gettin' or being "Prison Ass". LOSE AGAIN.
